Except as expressly set out in this policy we will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.

The personal information you provide to us may be shared with third party companies, agents, contractors, service providers or affiliated companies if this is necessary to provide you with our wines, respond to your enquiries or for any of the purposes described in this policy.

• other business entities should we plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity, or if we undergo a re-organisation with that entity.

At any time, you have the right:

Marketing

If you are one of our customers or have otherwise agreed to be contacted for marketing, we may use your personal information to send you information about Lovetts. You can unsubscribe from receiving this at any time. Details of how to unsubscribe will be included on each electronic mailing we send you.

How long will we keep your information?

We will only keep the information we collect about you for as long as required for the purposes set out above or as required to comply with any legal obligations to which we are subject. This will involve us periodically reviewing our files to check that information is accurate, up-to-date and still required.

Where we are permitted to send you direct marketing communications we may retain your contact information necessary for this purpose, for as long as you do not unsubscribe from receiving the same from us. If you opt-out from marketing, we will retain your information to enable us to respect your wishes to not be contacted for marketing purposes.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. You should be aware, however, that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we do not guarantee the security of data you transmit to our website or via email.

While we try to link only to websites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, we are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices employed by other websites and a link does not constitute an endorsement of that website.

Please check these policies before you submit any data to these websites. Certain features of our site will allow for social networking. Third Party Payment Provider

Third Party Newsletter Provider

We use MailChimp for marketing correspondence. If you sign-up for our newsletter at any point, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.

How We Use Cookies

All prices detailed on lovetts-newlyn.co.uk include UK duty and VAT and may be subject to change.

Payment Types

We accept most major debit and credit cards. At the shop, we are operating a cashless till, so only card/online payments will be accepted.

Order Fulfilment

In the event that a product in your order is out of stock or unavailable for dispatch we will endeavour to contact you to discuss possible alternatives. If we aren’t able to reach you an appropriate substitute may be used to complete the order provided we are confident it is comparable in quality and value. In such instances, should the substitute product not meet your requirements, please let us know before/at the time of delivery and we will be happy to either exchange it for a suitable alternative or offer you a refund.

Data Protection & Website Usage

Lovetts abides by data protection laws regarding retention and use of personal customer information. We will not pass your information to others for marketing purposes.

We hope you enjoy browsing and buying from our online shop which we hope is as user friendly as possible. All online platforms suffer from technical glitches from time to time but we will endeavour to fix any problems as soon as practically possible.
